During a 2015 E3 interview with Kotaku, Yoshida admitted he could not overcome Bloodborne’s challenges without help, even considering consulting online guides or videos. He specifically contacted producer Yamagiwa-san via email when stuck, believing only FromSoftware’s team could guide him through tricky sections. Yoshida played the game three times to efficiently achieve all multiple endings, emphasizing that certain bosses must be defeated to progress, a process he found genuinely challenging.
