Aucun poste correspondant à son grade n’est disponible au sein de l’administration provinciale. En d’autres termes, l’ancien greffier du parlement wallon est à nouveau payé par la Province, mais il perçoit un traitement sans exercer de fonction effective. Vulgairement, on pourrait dire qu’il est payé à ne rien faire. Personne ne lui ayant attribué de tâche à effectuer, son inaction ne pourrait lui être reprochée.
Cela étant dit, le conseil provincial devra à nouveau se positionner sur la réintégration de Frédéric Janssens, en janvier prochain.
Un recours toujours pendant au Conseil d’État
Par ailleurs, le recours de l’ex-greffier du parlement wallon contre sa démission d’office est toujours pendant au Conseil d’État. Une décision est attendue dans les semaines qui viennent. Les responsables de la Province du Brabant wallon y seront très attentifs.
Une annulation de la sanction disciplinaire prise à l’égard de Frédéric Janssens autoriserait en théorie son retour dans ses anciens services, au greffe du Parlement wallon. Mais il pourrait aussi, malgré tout, décider de rester à la Province du Brabant wallon.
