Michelle Heaton Details Fitness and Diet Regimen Ahead of UK Tour

Singer Michelle Heaton, 46, has shared details of her daily fitness and diet routine as she prepares for the upcoming “Ultimate Girl Band Show” tour across the United Kingdom.

Heaton begins her day at 6 a.m. with coffee and then dedicates two hours to fasted cardio, favoring high-impact classes and strength training twice a week. “I like to have people around me. I feel like you push yourself more,” Heaton explained. Her typical breakfast consists of zero-fat yogurt, frozen berries, and a protein bar, followed by a light lunch of fruit or chicken with salad. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is particularly important for performers who endure the physical demands of touring.

The Liberty X star also incorporates daily dog walks and enjoys a Diet Coke and protein bar as an afternoon treat, occasionally snacking on her children’s leftovers. Dinner usually includes a jacket potato with lean mince and gravy, with fish featured twice weekly. “We have potatoes with every dinner,” Heaton shared. “It’s the best carb you can have, the lowest sugar, the lowest calorie.” The “Ultimate Girl Band Show,” which celebrates iconic girl groups like the Spice Girls, TLC, and the Pussycat Dolls, begins in January in Hornchurch and concludes in October in Chatham.

Heaton expressed her excitement about the tour, stating, “I’ve been waiting for almost 14 years to do a tour…I just want to have fun on stage and sing songs that empower women.” Tickets are available through Sweeney Entertainments. Heaton previously battled a diet pill addiction in her teens, making her current focus on health and wellness a significant personal journey.

The tour is scheduled to run through October 2025, offering fans a chance to see Heaton and other West End singers perform classic girl band anthems.
