In a recent interview with Nikkei Xtrend, Kojima revealed his ambition to create two particularly unique games. One concept involves gameplay in a zero-gravity environment, though specifics remain undisclosed. The other, more ambitious idea centers around a game specifically intended to educate and inspire artificial intelligence. This project reflects a growing trend of developers considering how games can contribute to AI development.

Currently AI doesn’t know much and I think it still has a lot to learn. That’s why I want to create a game that will be educational material for it. I expect that in five or ten years, artificial intelligence will certainly penetrate many different worlds.

This vision aligns with comments Kojima made several months ago, stating that ideas are constantly forming in his mind. He aims to bring these concepts to life not only to fuel his creativity and influence the industry, but also to secure the future of Kojima Productions and its employees, ensuring the studio’s longevity even beyond his active involvement.
