Lehigh Wrestling to Face Nebraska in National Duals Invitational

The bracket for the 2025 National Duals Invitational, sponsored by Paycom, was revealed yesterday, setting up a challenging opening-round matchup between Lehigh University and the University of Nebraska on November 15th.

The two teams will compete at 12 p.m. ET/11 a.m. CT at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as part of a 16-team tournament with over $1 million in prize money, including a $200,000 grand prize for the winner. This event is a key early-season indicator of national championship contention.

Lehigh enters the season with seven wrestlers ranked in the top 33 by both FloWrestling and InterMat, including All-Americans Sheldon Seymour, Ryan Crookham, and Luke Stanich; the Mountain Hawks finished 15th at the 2024 NCAA Championships. Nebraska, last year’s NCAA Championship runner-up, boasts six returning All-Americans, including NCAA Champion Antrell Taylor (157). Their last dual meet was in 2015, with Nebraska winning 24-6. Fans interested in following collegiate wrestling can find more information at the NCAA Wrestling website. The winner of the Lehigh-Nebraska dual will advance to face the winner of Arizona State and Michigan.

The National Duals Invitational will be broadcast live on FloWrestling.org, with the championship final televised on ESPNU on November 16th at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT. Lehigh Athletics has designated Section 118 as the recommended seating area for Mountain Hawks supporters. Officials stated that ticket sales are currently underway and the team has been diligently preparing for the 2025-26 campaign, officially beginning practice on Friday.
