Minnesota Man Arrested for Beach Harassment in Naples, Florida

A 44-year-old man from Minnesota was arrested today after allegedly harassing a woman at a Naples beach, according to local authorities.

Douglas Pederson approached the woman while she was lying on the sand near 11th Avenue South on Monday evening, and investigators say he began hovering over her. The woman reported to police that Pederson touched her multiple times and refused to leave until she agreed to meet him the following day.
