An Italian man has been arrested after authorities discovered he had been disguising himself as a woman to collect his mother’s pension. The case highlights the lengths to which individuals will go to commit fraud.
The man reportedly used a wig, makeup, painted nails, and women’s clothing to convincingly portray his mother. His deception came to light when he attempted to renew his mother’s identification card to continue receiving the payments.

On November 11th, the man disguised himself as a woman and went to the town hall, claiming to be Graziella Dall’Oglio. Employees became suspicious and alerted the authorities.
After investigating, the man confessed to the scheme. Police then searched his home and discovered the mummified remains of his mother, which had been hidden for three years.
