New Task Management App ‘Focii’ Launches on iOS
A new task management application called Focii became available for iOS devices today, offering users a minimalist approach to organization and productivity.
Focii allows users to create tasks with due dates, priority levels, categories, and subtasks. A key feature is the ability to filter tasks to display only those due today, reducing clutter for users who plan ahead. The app also includes a timer function for focused work sessions and supports recurring tasks for regular commitments. Effective task management is increasingly vital in a fast-paced work environment.
The application is available as a free download on the App Store for devices running iOS 17.4 and later. A premium subscription, priced at $1.99 per month or $12.99 per year, unlocks the full range of features. Users can categorize and prioritize tasks within each category for streamlined workflow, similar to other popular apps like Todoist.
Developers state the app is designed to minimize distractions and facilitate idea capture. Officials have indicated future updates will focus on user feedback and potential integration with other productivity platforms.

There are a lot of apps to help you manage your tasks on the market, but Focii is a special one. With its ultra minimal interface, there’s no noise to interrupt the most important part of the ideation process: actually jotting down the idea without forgetting it.
Top features
At its core, Focii is exactly what you’d expect from a task manager. When creating tasks, you can add a due date, priority level, category, and subtasks.
Once you have all of your tasks, Focii really comes into play. Categories really help break down what work you have to do, and there’s also a toggle to only show tasks that are due today. That means that if you’re someone who writes a lot of things in advance, you won’t need to parse through a bunch of forward looking tasks to find what’s relevant for today.
With priorities, you can also rank your tasks within a category. There’s also a nifty little feature to set a timer for tasks and subtasks, keeping you on task for a longer period of time.
Lastly, you can also set up recurring tasks within Focii, just for things you need to do regularly.

Focii is available for free on the App Store for devices running iOS 17.4 and later. For the full experience, Focii Premium will run you $1.99/month or $12.99/year.
