Zedd Lists Hollywood Hills Home for $5.5 Million

Music producer Zedd has listed his Hollywood Hills home for $5.5 million, marking a significant real estate move for the acclaimed DJ.

The German-born producer, whose real name is Anton Zaslavski, originally purchased the property in December 2014 for $3.9 million, according to property records. The 3,400-square-foot residence features four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and offers expansive views of the city and surrounding canyons. The listing is held by David Kramer & Andrew Buss of Compass.

Inside, the home emphasizes indoor-outdoor living with accordion-style walls and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, connecting the family room, dining room, and kitchen – which includes a center island with barstool seating. Amenities include a professional music studio, a glass-enclosed wine cellar, multiple fireplaces, and a resort-style pool with a hot tub. Zedd recently released his album Telos in August 2024, and at the time, he contemplated whether it might be his final musical project.

“Another meaning of Telos is ‘the end,’ and I, for a minute, thought maybe this would be my last piece of music that I would ever release,” Zedd told People. However, he later confirmed he had already begun working on new music. The sale of the property could signal a new chapter for the artist as he continues his career.

Compass representatives anticipate strong interest in the property given its location and amenities.
